Horn of Africa Gateway

An integrated terminal, storage and logistics gateway designed to serve East African markets and strengthen regional supply resilience.

The Horn of Africa Gateway brings together refined-product storage, modern dry warehousing, cold-chain capacity, essential-goods handling and regional distribution within one connected trade platform. Its intended purpose is to link major maritime routes with East African markets, support import and export flows, and provide dependable infrastructure for future industrial and energy demand.

Critical Minerals Platform

A Horn of Africa minerals platform designed to build transparent and responsible supply relationships with European industry.

The platform considers gold, copper, lithium, gemstones and other critical minerals. Historical research, remote sensing, fieldwork and initial sampling have identified priority targets; drilling and independent resource definition remain required before mineral resources or reserves can be declared.

Burco City Energy Program

A planned city-scale power program intended to improve reliable electricity supply for Burco and support long-term urban and economic growth.

The program is being structured around renewable generation, battery storage, grid reinforcement and flexible backup capacity. It is intended to expand electricity coverage in phases, informed by demand analysis, technical feasibility, affordability, environmental and social review, and a sustainable operating model.
